Casa de las Palmas es una impresionante casa de alquiler de servicio completo en la playa de Tulum. Nuestra casa de playa goza de una ubicación central de primera categoría en medio de los hoteles boutique y está ubicada en una propiedad compartida y tranquila con exuberante vegetación natural. Disfrute de las comodidades de un hogar con un gran acceso a la playa y los lugares más cercanos.
Esta casa es ideal para grupos y familias que desean permanecer juntos y disfrutar de más espacio que un hotel.
Casa de las Palmas está diseñada con elementos naturales y toques artísticos que reflejan el encantador ambiente y la sensación de Tulum. La sala de estar principal se abre a la suave arena blanca de la puerta de su casa y al hermoso sendero que conduce a su lugar en la playa con palapas con sombra, camas de día y tumbonas.Tablas de surf, SUP's y kayaks de mar en el lugar para que los use como desee.
Tulum es un maravilloso destino vacacional durante todo el año con brisas marinas y sol durante todo el año. Las tortugas anidan en la playa frente a la casa de mayo a noviembre.
Tenga en cuenta que Casa de las Palmas está recibiendo actualmente algunas actualizaciones interesantes. Está cerrado en julio, agosto y septiembre y se abrirá el 1 de octubre más hermoso que nunca, ¡y con un poco más de espacio!
El nuevo Palmas es un 4BR que duerme 8-10. La casa y la propiedad mantendrán la misma sensación de playa, pero la casa lucirá un poco más brillante y los huéspedes tendrán acceso a una nueva piscina junto al mar en la propiedad. Las fotos actualizadas serán lanzadas en octubre.

Casa de las Palmas tiene 4 dormitorios y duerme 8-10.
El dormitorio principal se encuentra en la parte superior de la casa, inmerso en el dosel de las palmeras, con impresionantes vistas al mar. Cuenta con una cama king size, baño privado y patio privado en la azotea, la mejor percha en la playa. Reúnase en la azotea para disfrutar de impresionantes puestas de sol sobre la selva, vistas incomparables del mar turquesa del Caribe, o para contemplar los cielos estrellados de la noche.
El segundo piso tiene 2 dormitorios con vistas al mar, brisas, balcón compartido y baño privado con ducha.
Un dormitorio tiene una cama king size y el segundo tiene una cama queen size y construido en literas para los niños o jóvenes de corazón.
El cuarto dormitorio está en el piso principal y tiene una cama queen, baño privado y un balcón estilo juliette a la zona del jardín.
El aire acondicionado está disponible solo en las habitaciones y está restringido al uso nocturno. Promovemos la conservación de energía y fomentamos la apertura de ventanas y puertas durante el día para disfrutar del aire tropical.

Incredible proximity to restaurants and hotels.
The stay was wonderful. This place was perfect for our family - it was right on the beach with daily cleaning, taco stand and incredible proximity to restaurants and hotels.

Snows place was right in the middle of the action during the day but just a bit further from the loud notorious music from a handful of night clubs. Beach and amenities were as described, functional and very clean. Onsite restaurant is a great addition if you want to enjoy the beach without flexing a muscle all day. I highly recommend Snow’s place and we looking forward to our next visit

We booked one of the villas, and it was absolutely ideal for our group. Spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, super clean, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The shared spaces made it easy for us to spend time together, while the private rooms ensured everyone still had their own space.Great location and within walking distance of everything.Perfect for families or groups looking to relax in a beautiful setting without sacrificing comfort. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone planning a getaway in Tulum.
Perfect Girls Trip
We were a group of 8 girls.It was an amazing location, everything was on point during our stay here, nice peaple, delicious food, and also they manage for our friend’s birhday to set up an incredible catamaran experience.It was a special day with dolphines , sunset, good food , music , margaritas and a lot of beautiful pictures.We will come back that’s for sureMuch love and appreciation.

I stayed there with my group of friends and we were all delightefld with everything . The view, the cleanliness , the staff, the location next to the beach, the food and sevices! All a dream! Can’t wait to go back there with my family too 🩷

This is an incredible property right on the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and bars but just far enough away to stay nice and quiet. The rooms stayed cool (even in mid august) and everything was very comfortable. I will definitely be back again next time!
Every aspect of our week was fantastic!
I celebrated my 60th birthday with friends and family at Mahayana Palmas. It was absolutely perfect! The accommodations were lovely, room for all 9 of us, plenty of beach seating, and we just loved the little palapa with breakfast and lunch items! It made it so easy to grab a fab coffee and head straight to the lounge chairs to soak up the morning sun. Turtles were nesting and we were able to watch mounds multiply on the beaches. The seaweed situation was unfortunate but didn't detract from the overall stay. We walked easily to amazing restaurants and shops all week. We enjoyed a private dinner outside one evening catered in by an amazing chef. The atmosphere made it so easy to relax and simply enjoy Tulum! Every aspect of our week was fantastic! Thank you to your staff and Chabely for going above and beyond our expectations!
Casa De Las Palmas was magical!
Casa De Las Palmas was magical! The house was laid out beautifully for a large group like ours, 8 adults with spacious, private rooms with bathrooms. Chabely, the house manager is one of the sweetest people you will meet! The house had everything you could need or want. We had groceries and drinks delivered before we arrived, making the stay stress free. We opted for the tacos and margaritas and it was magical to arrive with the amazing scent of food being cooked in our villa and being handed a margarita as soon as we stepped in...amazing! The villa has is an amazing taco stand where you can grab breakfast or lunch whenever you want. The location of the house is ideal! It is nice and secluded enough that you don't have the thumping of clubs, but close enough to walk to them when you want to party. There are amazing restaurants nearby and I HIGHLY recommend Arca and Nu. I am still thinking about the dinners we had! All being said, we will be back! Thank you! Snow, you guys have done such a beautiful job with these homes! They are so well stocked and managed. I could not find one flaw even if I tried. Chabely is a gem of a person! Everyone else is also so kind and caring. We are hoping to return next year! You guys really do have one amazing place!
