The main floor is an open concept with a living room area, dining area, and kitchen so you can prepare meals and snacks and keep beverages cold. A wall of glass doors opens up to the wooden lanai by your private swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees.

Casa Mandala has beautiful artistic touches and ambient lighting. It is a laid-back and stylish vacation rental very close to Tulum's hotspots. Excellent restaurants and yoga classes are within a few minutes walk. Although you do not have sea views from the house, you are just steps away from the turquoise sea and private beachfront with shade and beach loungers. The Mahayana property is a secure private oasis in the boutique hotel zone with unrestricted enjoyment of the stunning white sand beach.

The Mahayana property is exclusive to guests and includes a cute Taco + Breakfast stand for food and drinks a la carte to enjoy by the sea or in the comfort of your private villa. 

The villa is bright and modern with an expansive master suite on the third floor in the tree canopy. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a private entrance. One room has a queen-size bed and the other room has a queen bed plus a single. These two bedrooms share a bathroom via a common hallway.
