Beautiful spot right in the beach with comfortable loungers and refreshing pool. The breakfast/taco shack on the property was so much better than it needed to be. The team makes us feel like family.
This would be families 3rd stay with Snow and her team and it just keeps getting better every time. We typically rent a SUV for our trip but they recommended private transport which worked out perfect as we could not find great flights into Tulum and flew into Cancun this trip. Worked perfect both directions and the location of this property you can walk most anywhere. Where we needed rides the area now has an app called Idrive which we found better than Uber in the states and half the price of cab rides. The staff works hard keeping the beach clean and offers daily housekeeping which we used every other day. The on-site chef cooks great breakfast and lunch and is very fast with reasonable pricing. Our flight back was challenged due to snow in Minnesota so we were able to add 2 days in the same home with a fast email at discounted pricing. They rearranged our transport back to the airport with ease and 2 more days came seamlessly for our trip. The team makes us feel like family.

We recently stayed at Mahayana Tulum as a family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely safe and comfortable in Tulum, which made our vacation so much more relaxing. The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail making our stay feel special. We loved spending time together in such a serene and welcoming environment. Highly recommend Mahayana Tulum for anyone traveling as a family – it truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!

Nos quedamos en Casa Bonita con amigos y la verdad es que la pasamos espectacular.Desde el primer momento, la atención del staff fue impecable, siempre atentos y con muy buena energía.La casa es hermosa, frente al mar, rodeada de naturaleza, mucho verde y una calma increíble. La playa es divina, amplia y tranquila, ideal para disfrutar sin apuro.La villa es súper cómoda, fresca y luminosa, con todos los servicios, pensada realmente para descansar y disfrutar.Fue una experiencia increíble vivir unos días en una villa frente al mar en Tulum, conectados con la naturaleza, el sonido del mar y ese mood tan especial que tiene el lugar.Sin dudas, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver.
Magical Place
It was a blast! Magical place! The house was amazing, perfect decoration, comfort and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The ambiance was 10 out of 10, delicious food and cocktails. Very calm and charming place, direct access to the beach where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises. The stuff was very friendly, welcome and always there for us. I cannot recommend a better place than this in Tulum

This villa was perfection. You step right out to the beach, with a gorgeous pool just in front, and the on-site taco bar made lazy pool days effortless. It felt super private and serene, yet we could walk to amazing restaurants, bars, and clubs in minutes. The staff were wonderful — attentive but never intrusive — and every room felt like its own retreat. The main bedroom with the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean was a dream. Our whole group loved it and we’d come back in a heartbeat! Also, checkout all the baby sea turtles hatching in the beach if it’s in season. So special.

My family and I spent a week in Tulum and had a truly wonderful time. The entire team—from the concierge to the housekeeper to the on-property café staff—was exceptional: organized, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The home itself is thoughtfully set up for comfort and ease. Having a pool just steps from the ocean was an incredible bonus, and the daily cleaning service (including laundry help) made everything effortless. The location is also ideal—less than a 10-minute walk to restaurants, with plenty to do nearby. This is a great property for a family or for three couples traveling together. We’d happily stay here again.

This property is amazing! Our host, Chabely, was friendly, responsive, & informative. The onsite staff were courteous & friendly & kept the property looking marvelous. The onsite food spot was delicious & fresh. The view is gorgeous! We really enjoyed our stay here & will be back. Would definitely recommend!!!
